Sponsorship Options

The Language Show is a great platform to showcase your brand in front of a large audience of language enthusiasts.

Sponsoring a Language Show feature (or multiple features) allows you to increase your visibility at the show, augment  pre and at show promotion, brand awareness and potential sales. Here are the benefits of getting involved in Sponsorship:

Pre-show
 Logo on ½ million pieces of DM (sponsorship must be confirmed before 3rd August)
 Logo on 25,000 posters (sponsorship must be confirmed before 3rd August)
 Logo and weblink on the Language Show website (on every page including home page) with weblink
 Logo and mentioning on dedicated e-mailings
 Weblink from exhibitors list

At show
 Logo in the showguide’s inside front page (print run 12,000)
 Logo in the showguide’s floorplan
 Entry in the showguide
 Logo on show signage ‘You Are Here’ (YAH) signage positioned at the entrance to the show
 Logo inside and outside seminar rooms
 Your logo screened in-between sessions
 Your brochures distributed on every seat of the seminar room/s you opt to sponsor

Sponsorable features:
 Option 1 – Sponsorship of a Seminar Room - £3,000 per room (£5,000 for 2 rooms)
 Option 2 – Sponsorship of the Language Plus classrooms - £5,000 for all 5 rooms
 Option 3 – Sponsorship of the Taster Classes classroom - £2,000
 Option 4 – Sponsorship of the Language Show main brochure - £2,000
 Option 5 – Sponsorship of our NEW exciting feature 'The Piazza' - £4,000
